  • For every metric ton of Sugarcane Polyethylene that is produced, 3.09 metric tons of CO₂ are sequestered from the atmosphere

  • The sugarcane pulp (bagasse) is used as bio-fuel to power the entire sugarcane polyethylene manufacturing facility, as well as the surrounding city

  • A nutrient rich liquid by-product (vinasse) from sugarcane is used to fertilize the sugarcane crops

  • The sugarcane crops are almost entirely irrigated by natural rainfall

  • Sugarcane Polyethylene is 100% recyclable, completing a highly sustainable cradle to grave process
